Cite on the Bay

Cite on the Bay building contains 434 units and was completed in 2004. It is located in Midtown Miami in the Arts District/Edgewater neighborhood. Cite on the Bay offers two type of units. Building A includes the flat units and buildings B & C are made up of lofts. The flats are located right off of Bayshore Dr. and across the street from the beautiful Biscayne Bay. Units will include panoramic views of the bay, city and/or the main streets next to the building.

Cite on the Bay is located near the galleries at Wynwood Arts District, Shops at Midtown, American Airlines Arena, Miami Beach and Bayside Marketplace.

Cite on the Bay was designed by Cohen, Freedman, Encinosa and Associates and was developed by MCZ/Centrum. Some of the amenities included in this building for the residents are: 24-hour security and concierge, grand two-story entrance, secured and covered garage parking with 24-hour valet service. It also includes a state-of-the art fitness center, 20,000 square foot ground floor retail area and a resort style swimming pool.
